Glasswells Raise Vital Funds for St Elizabeth Hospice

The car park at Glasswells, along Ranelagh Road Ipswich, was transformed on Easter Sunday as people flocked to their charity car boot sale.

The aim was to raise as much money as possible for St Elizabeth Hospice by offering car boot pitches for people to sell their unwanted property. There was also a name the teddy competition, won by Jenny Day's grandchildren (pictured), the chosen teddy name was 'Fudge'.

All the monies raised from the pitches and the funds from the Glasswells pitch were donated directly to the Hospice.

Glasswells are pleased to announce that they raise £550 which they presented to Rachael Mittell of St Elizabeth Hospice, pictured with Andrea Johnston (left), Glasswells Ipswich store manager with colleague Scott Clarke and Rachael.
