A Special Invitation from Glasswells
To help celebrate their Diamond Anniversary, Glasswells
World of Furniture in Bury St. Edmunds
are inviting residents of
East Anglia who were
married or born on the same day of their first day
of trading to come and join in the fun.
Glasswells official 60th anniversary date is 27th May 2006 and to mark this occasion they are calling for any couples who were married 60 years ago, on 27th May 1946 to be involved. All couples will be presented with a bottle of champagne at the World of Furniture in Bury at 12 noon on Saturday 27th May (Glasswells huge celebratory weekend) and will also have a chance of winning a massive £500 worth of vouchers to spend in store and may receive an invitation to join them at a special gourmet meal at the store in September.
Likewise, anybody who was born on the same date in May 1946, is also invited to the Bury store at 12 noon on 27th May. They will receive a free bottle of wine and will be entered into a draw to win two tickets to the gourmet meal in September.
All you need to do is write to Glasswells to register your name and put Saturday 27th May 2006 in your diary, plus bring along your original marriage certificate (for anniversary) or birth certificate (for birthday) on the day and present it before 12 noon. Paul Glasswell will present you with the goodies and announce the winner of the £500 vouchers and the names of the people he will be inviting to the gourmet meal. Then you will be able to join in the rest of the fun on this special celebratory weekend.
