In line with tradition Glasswells took pride in sponsoring the annual local Bury 5 Pacers running race.
Located in the slightly soggy Nowton Park, Bury St. Edmunds, the race is a popular event for both adults and children, with a five mile course for adults and a one lap fun run for the children. Both categories had a fantastic turn out considering the damp and rainy weather.
Terry Glasswell took to the start line to set the runners off, with a slight word of warning for the possible tricky conditions underfoot. The winner of the adults race was David Miller of Woodbridge Shufflers and M Asker lead the children over the finished line.
Well done to all for your energetic enthusiasm.
